All Packs and accessory items are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority. Upon your order being shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number and an approximate arrival date.

Returns/Exchanges

*UPDATE: **Please note that returns on all products over the amount of $175 are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Waymark Gear comes with a *10 day return/Exchange policy (Excludes Custom and Standard Built packs)

Return any Ready Made Pack within 10 days if you need to return or exchange sizes on packs or hip belts. Exchanges are based on what inventory we have available. Return Accessories within 10 days of purchase for exchange or refund. All returns are valid ONLY with packs or accessories that have NOT been used outdoors. It is highly recommended to load your pack fully with all of your gear and test the pack indoors to ensure proper fit. Dirty or worn packs or accessories are not eligible for returns. Standard Built and Custom Packs are both considered custom work and are therefore not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges due to the investment of time and materials. Please take this into consideration when placing an order for any custom products.

All Returns are calculated from 3 days after the items was shipped and supposed to arrive to you. Customers are required to contact Waymark Gear Co. via email or phone call within the 10 day grace period with their intent to return the item along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

WARRANTY

Waymark Gear comes with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer's defects.

1 YEAR WARRANTY covers any pre-existing defects resulting in failure of the pack. DOES NOT COVER any damage caused directly by customer by regular use, abuse, or customer error.

Repairs

To the best of our ability, we will try to make any repairs to your pack if damaged. Any damage incurred within the warranty time period that is deemed manufacturer defect will be fixed at no charge for the repair, except for the cost of shipping it to us. Customers are responsible for paying shipping to our shop. We will cover the repair cost and shipping back to you. Any damage caused to your pack due to regular wear and tear, past the 1 year warranty or otherwise may or may not be possible for us to repair. Due to the nature of Lycra and Heavy Duty Mesh front pocket materials, we are unable to repair these. As you know, these are always the most delicate parts of any backpack and care must be taken when putting items into them, especially items with sharp corners and edges. We do use a heavy duty version of both materials which is at or above market standards in the Cottage industry, so even if you do get a hole in them they will typically hold up without completely running/ripping.

If it is determined that we can repair it, we will give you a quote and turnaround time for the repair.
