Zipps are perfect for use with a hip-less backpack set up, but can also be used in tandem with a hip belt if worn just above the hip belt. With a front/side attached adjustable buckle, all that's left is a smooth 3/4" webbing around your waist and back.

Waterproof Uretek YKK zipper on top with an 8 1/2” opening top access for main compartment
Inner access pocket for smaller, slim items like wallet, keys, folded map, snacks, passport
Rear open pocket with flap on top that closes over the opening to keep out water, dirt, and also helps to keep contents inside if you drop your fanny pack.
