Shipping, Returns and Warranty


Domestic - USA Shipping:

Domestic (US) orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and specific services available can be seen when checking out. Once an order has been shipped a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided on your order that includes tracking information for your order. Please reach out to us if you did not get your tracking email.

Shipping rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, and may be subject to change at any time. Our goal is to provide the lowest shipping rates possible by providing multiple service options for your location. 

International Shipping - Outside USA:

International orders are shipped UPS, DHL or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Waymark Gear is not responsible for lost packages when a third party shipping service is used for international shipping.

Customers are also responsible for any customs dues, delivery fees and taxes at time of delivery. Shipping rates do not include additional fees your country may charge for delivery of your order. 

International Shipping services have been selected to reduce as much costs as possible for international customers.
For example, specific services have been selected as options for your country that reduce import fees paid at time of delivery. While initial shipping cost at check out may be a little higher, these services reduce fees and save you money at time of delivery. Please keep in mind that each country has its own requirements for customs and package delivery. Additional fees may be required to be paid for delivery of your order. 

Lead Times: Current posted lead times refer to the production timeline and do not include shipping time. Shipping times vary depending on where the package is being shipped to, so please plan your order accordingly if you need a Waymark Gear Co. product by a specific date.

All Waymark Gear Co. products come with a *14 day return/exchange guarantee!

When your new pack is delivered, you have 14 days from the delivery date to try the pack on, load it with your gear and ensure the fit and feel of the pack is exactly what you need.
If for any reason the torso size and/or hip belt size are not correct, return the pack to us and exchange it for the correct size torso and/or hip belt. (Subject to production time of 4-6 weeks)

Returns are accepted on any Backpack, On The Shelf Pack, or Accessory item as long as the item is in the same condition as it was at time of delivery. It is highly recommended to load your pack fully with all of your gear and test the pack indoors to ensure proper fit. Dirty or worn packs and accessories are not eligible for returns.

All returns of products over $100 include a $15 restocking fee, including sale items.
All Bargain Bin items include a $15 restocking fee. 
Waymark Gear Co. may also refuse a return if the product is not in new condition. Dirty or worn packs are not eligible for return. 

Returns initiated within the 14 day period will be completed with Waymark Gear Co. supplying a return shipping label sent by email to the customer. The customer is responsible for packaging the return item in a manner that properly protects the product for shipping back to Waymark Gear Co. A refund will be issued after the return has been inspected, minus restocking fee. Shipping paid on original order is non refundable. 

International Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping cost to return the item to Waymark Gear Co. Due to customs we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for international returns.


Waymark Gear Co. products come with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects.
1 Year Warranty covers any pre-existing defects resulting in failure of the pack. This DOES NOT COVER any damage caused directly by the customer by regular use, abuse, customer error or modifications.

To the best of our ability, we will try to make any repairs to your pack if damaged. Any damage incurred within the warranty time period that is deemed manufacturer defect will be fixed at no charge for the repair, except for the cost of shipping to us. Customers are responsible for paying shipping to our shop. We will cover the repair cost and shipping back to you. Any damage caused to your pack due to regular wear and tear, past the 1 year warranty or otherwise may or may not be possible for us to repair.

Due to the nature of Lycra and Heavy Duty Mesh front pocket materials, we are unable to repair these. As you know, these are always the most delicate parts of any backpack and care must be taken when putting items into them, especially items with sharp corners and edges. We do use a heavy duty version of both materials which is at or above market standards in the cottage industry, so even if you do get a hole in them they will typically hold up without completely running/ripping. Also note that sun exposure/UV rays over long periods of time can cause damage to lycra/elastics. This would be deemed as normal wear and tear. Please be mindful of this and avoid putting sharp corners and objects into the lycra front pocket. If you do happen to get a hole or run in your lycra, we recommend use of KT Tape Extreme fabric tape that has a strong adhesive and stretch to it for in field repair of lycra.

If it is determined that we can repair it, we will give you a quote and turnaround time for the repair.
